High Density Polyethylene Pipe (PE100)

Main Characteristics

  • Light weight, long service life: The weight of HDPE pipe is one eighth that of steel pipe, while its service life is 8-10 times more than steel pipe.
  • Excellent anti-corrosion & wear-resistance: HDPE pipe has great corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties. It performs well under high impact and pressure, suitable for various piping projects.
  • High-toughness: Highly resistant to internal and external impacts. It can be bent underwater and offers excellent anti-wave performance. Concave-convex areas within 30° can be connected directly.
  • Low noise transportation: Smooth inner surface leads to low fluid resistance and minimal noise during media transport.
  • Easy installation: No anti-corrosion treatment or welding work required, significantly reducing installation complexity and labor costs in special environments.
