Hot-dip galvanized square tube is made of steel plate or steel belt after crimping forming welded square tube in hot dip galvanized pool through a series of chemical reaction forming square tube. It can also be hot rolled or cold rolled galvanized steel strip after cold bending, and then high-frequency welding of a hollow square section steel pipe.
The production process of the pipe is simple, offering high production efficiency, variety of specifications, and requiring less equipment, although the general strength is lower than seamless square pipe.
