Seamless Tube require the precision of size tolerance, which are mainly used in ships, marine platforms, bullet train, aerospace equipment and so on for the fine dense card sets connected instrument tube, hydraulic brake tube, oil well control pipeline, chemical injection pipe and electric heating steam heating tube.
Advanced high-speed precision multi-roll mills and bright annealing furnaces are utilized to greatly improve tube diameter and wall thickness tolerance. The seamless tube diameter tolerance is up to 0.3%D, and the wall thickness tolerance is up to 3%S, effectively solving size tolerance issues for precision steel tubes and cutting sleeves.
The bright annealing process uses a closed furnace under argon and nitrogen protection, ensuring the surface is not exposed to oxygen. This maintains a bright and clean original metal surface inside and out. Temperature is accurately controlled within ±5ºC to ensure even annealing and superior mechanical performance for bending and reaming treatments.
Quality is ensured through automatic heat piercing production lines, temperature-controlled natural gas annealing furnaces, and precision cold-rolled equipment. Full inspection suites include direct-reading spectrometers, ultrasonic fault detectors, eddy current flaw detectors, and hydrostatic testing machines.
