🏗️ Product Description
Galvanized square pipe is a hollow steel tube with a square cross-section. It is manufactured by cold-forming and high-frequency welding of carbon structural steel or low-alloy structural steel strips, followed by a hot-dip galvanizing process. The zinc coating provides exceptional resistance to atmospheric and chemical corrosion, combined with excellent strength and impact resistance. With an attractive appearance and long service life, it is widely used in building structures, curtain wall supports, machinery equipment, outdoor guardrails, and furniture.

⚙️ Production Process
1. Pipe Making (Welding)
Uncoiling & Leveling: The steel strip is uncoiled and flattened. Forming: The flat strip is progressively cold-formed into a square shape through a series of rolls. Welding: The seam is welded using high-frequency induction welding. Sizing & Cutting: The pipe is calibrated to final dimensions and cut.
2. Galvanizing
Chemical Pre-treatment: Pipe undergoes degreasing, pickling, rinsing, and fluxing. Hot-Dip Galvanizing: Immersed in molten zinc at approx 450°C. Cooling & Post-treatment: Water-cooled to solidify coating and final inspection.
