Seamless Tubes require extreme precision in size tolerance. These are primarily utilized in shipbuilding, marine platforms, aerospace equipment, and high-speed rail systems. They are essential for card set connected instrument tubes, hydraulic brake systems, oil well control pipelines, chemical injection pipes, and electric heating steam tubes.
Our production facilities include advanced high-speed precision multi-roll mills and bright annealing furnaces. The multi-roll technology significantly improves diameter and wall thickness tolerances, reaching up to 0.3%D for diameter and 3%S for wall thickness. This effectively solves connection issues for precision tubes and cutting sleeves.
We utilize a closed-furnace bright annealing process under argon and nitrogen protection. This prevents oxygen exposure and oxide skin formation, ensuring the interior and exterior surfaces remain bright and clean. Accurate temperature control within ±5ºC ensures uniform mechanical performance for bending and reaming treatments.
