Frequently Asked Questions
What are your payment terms?
Our usual terms are 30% TT as deposit and balance paid after seeing copy of bill of loading. For long-term clients, we accept 20% prepay. We also operate under D/P and LC terms.
How long is the delivery time?
Stock items are delivered within 5 days. For production orders under 200 tons, delivery is usually within 20 days. Larger volumes may require slightly more time.
Can you handle partial shipments?
Yes, we can follow client requests to perform partial shipments as needed; it is not a problem for our logistics team.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For stock goods, we supply starting from one piece. For production orders, the MOQ is 3 tons. Note that unit prices for MOQ are slightly higher than FCL.
Is it possible to get a sample before cooperation?
We provide free samples for values under 30 USD (client pays express charges). For samples over 30 USD, costs are shared equally between us and the client.
What modes of transportation do you offer?
Ocean freight is our primary method, choosing the fastest lines. Railways are used when more convenient, and air transport is used for samples and documentation.
