Hot-dip galvanized pipe is pickled to remove iron oxide, cleaned in ammonium chloride and zinc chloride solution, and then hot-dip plated. This process creates a corrosion-resistant zinc-iron alloy layer integrated with the steel substrate, providing exceptional durability and protection against environmental factors.
The zinc structure forms a dense quaternary crystal barrier, effectively preventing corrosion penetration and ensuring a longer service life for the steel plate.
